We provide value to the local churches
The SE Gwinnett Coop provides a central location where sponsoring churches can direct any or all assistance requests to in order for them to be properly handled. Our ministry will screen the recipients to ensure they are legally qualified to receive assistance and that they reside in the Snellville, Loganville and Grayson designated areas. In addition, any church member of a financially supporting church can request assistance regardless of their city or county of residence. The cooperative grouping of individual church funds into a single ministry source provides a more effective way for donations to be used wisely in the community and helps stop abuse or overlapping of requests made to multiple churches. In addition, the SE Gwinnett Coop remains up-to-date on other local sources of assistance and can direct recipients to those resources that can best meet their needs.
We provide value to local businesses and individuals
The SE Gwinnett Coop being organized as a 501(C) charitable organization allows local businesses to receive a tax deduction contribution while at the same time being able to invest into the local community. Not only does this benefit the local community but may also show those businesses that are concerned for the welfare of the residents in Snellville, Loganville and Grayson.
